The workshop consists of Meditations to absorb the Sun’s cosmic energy directly into your body. It also consists of lectures to understand SunYoga.

About Shri Uma Sankar Sunyogi
Uma Sankar Sunyogi ™ also known as “Sun Yogi” discovered Sunyoga in 1995. He was born into a Hindu family in West Bengal, near Calcutta in India in 1967. Living next to an ashram throughout his childhood, he developed an early interest in Yoga and spirituality.
He experimented with gazing at the Sun and learnt how to absorb the Sun’s energy directly into his body and with that he could go without eating food for days. He travels widely around the world, teaching the Sun Yoga practice.

3.00 pm to 6.00 pm – Meditation/Lecture (Tea/Coffee break in between)
