FOR THE FIRST TIME
Naadbrahma on Buddha Purnima
On the sacred full moon of Vaisakha — a day that marks the birth, enlightenment, and final passing of Gautama Buddha — we turn toward what he pointed to... not as teaching, but as direct seeing.
This is not a day of ritual alone, but of returning to a space untouched by thought or movement — not to seek something new, but to rest in what has always been present.
On this day, we come together for a Naadbrahma meditation, where music, breath, and silence become doorways into a deeply settled inner space.
One of the most significant purification practices in Vajrayana Buddhism — approached not as repetition, but as a precise inner mechanism for cleansing and resetting the system.
Inner Preparation
Path Elements
These are not taught as techniques but touched upon as inner orientations that support deeper receptivity.
Prostrations
Aligning body, speech, and mind — dissolving resistance and pride
Vajrasattva Mantra
Clearing darkness, ignorance, and past imprints
Mandala Offerings
Invoking a state of inner abundance and offering
Guru Yoga
Opening to guidance and higher alignment
Outer Reflections
Awareness of impermanence, karma, and the nature of existence
Guided Through
Layers of Stillness
Subtle sound work using humming and inner resonance
Deep Buddhist chanting as a structured inner process
Meditative singing that gently shifts the inner state
Mandala meditation for expanded awareness
Guided transitions into deeper stillness
Extended periods of silence for natural settling
This full moon points to a deeper possibility within — a state where there is no inner disturbance, no fragmentation, and no effort to control or hold.
As the world outside appears increasingly chaotic, this becomes an opportunity to turn inward and allow the system to return to a natural state of balance and unity.
Sitting quietly, on this day, is not just a practice — but a way of allowing things to settle on their own.
