What Happens During A Restoration Session?

During the session, the facilitator guides participants through a meditation where they meet the Restoration Devas. These angelic beings work gently to restore your original Divine splendor, sometimes even bringing a touch of Divine humor into the process.

What Will I Feel?

Many participants experience a powerful surge of energy during the session. In the days that follow, people often report positive changes in their emotional and mental outlook.

Some participants even feel lighter, more youthful, and less stressed after the session.

Session Schedule

Each Restoration Session lasts about 20–25 minutes. However, participants are encouraged to rest for 30–60 minutes afterward to fully absorb the energy received.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom twice daily on most Saturdays and Sundays, with a maximum of 5 participants per session.

The first two sessions should ideally occur during the same weekend, while the third session should take place 4–6 weeks later (no later than 8 weeks).

• Individuals associated with certain spiritual groups such as Muddenahalli or Kangra are not eligible.
