Understanding the Invisible Ties
We are all bound by invisible chains that block us and prevent us from being who we truly are. These ties often originate in childhood through family environment, culture, fears, or reactions to events that took place during those formative years.
The Cutting Ties Method, developed by Phyllis Krystal, helps individuals identify and sever these invisible connections to people, beliefs, or situations that exert control over them.
By practicing this method, individuals can gradually free themselves from the patterns and conditioning that restrict their true potential.
About the Classes
In the Cutting Ties classes, we teach participants how to practice the symbols from the work and identify the ties that may need to be severed.
These symbols and techniques are shared across three classes, each lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
The Purpose of the Method
Detachment from controlling ties allows individuals to remove the accumulated layers of conditioning that obscure the inner light of the Higher Consciousness (Hi C) or Real Self.
The exercises contained within this method help free individuals from everything that prevents the Real Self from expressing itself through the body, mind, personality, and ego.
