About the Devic Detox Session
Our sun is entering a quickening, an evolutionary leap that is affecting everything in its sphere — especially our planet. This session isn't about the sun in the sky, though. It's about your Inner Sun: the solar plexus, an etheric ball of energy above your navel that stays in direct connection with our actual sun.
The ancient Egyptians called this center the Djed. It generates two fires — Jathara Agni, the fire of digestion that sustains biological life, and Bhuta Agni, the subtler fire that enlivens body and mind and can purify the energy body of what's keeping you locked into lower levels of being.
In this beginner session, you don't have to do anything technical. You simply rest your awareness in your solar plexus and send it appreciation and gratitude — and your solar plexus, a conscious energy field, receives it in a way that nourishes both fires and your life force.
