Level 1: Foundations of Self-Love (Basic)

Duration – 3 months (2 sessions/month) 60–75 mins per session Fees: India ₹12,000 Fees: International $390
  • Audience: Beginners to inner work or anyone rebuilding core self-worth and relational ease
  • Cadence: 3 months, 2 sessions per month.
  • Structure: 6 sessions mapped to the six themes already outlined

  3. 3) Forgiveness and Release
  4. 4) Boundaries with Love
  5. 5) Loving Presence in Relationships
  6. 6) Embodying Self-Love as Service

- Outcomes:

  • Kinder inner dialogue and basic nervous-system regulation
  • One clear, practiced boundary
  • Measurable uplift in relationship ease at home and work
  • A 30-day maintainable self-love routine

- Completion criteria:

  • Attend all 6 sessions
  • Submit a simple reflections tracker for 6 weeks
  • Complete one real-life boundary and one repair conversation

Level 2: Deepening and Relational Mastery (preview)

Duration – 1.5 months (3 sessions) 60–75 mins per session Fees: India ₹6,000 Fees: International $195

Focus: Inner parts work, shadow compassion, advanced repair, conflict to co-creation

- Practices:

  • Parts dialogue and re-parenting
  • Values in action at work and home
  • Feedback and repair protocols, resentment clearing

- Deliverables:

  • Personal Values Charter 2.0
  • Relationship Rituals playbook
  • Two observed role-plays with feedback

Level 3: Embodiment and Seva Leadership (preview)

Duration – 1 month (2 sessions) 60–75 mins per session Fees: India ₹4,000 Fees: International $130

Focus: Leading with love, mentoring, designing and running a seva initiative

- Practices:

  • Purpose mapping, service design
  • Teaching a micro-module from Levels 1–2

- Capstone:

  • 6-week seva project with outcomes and learnings

Placement guidance

  • Take Level 1 if you’re newer to inner work or want consistent basics and immediate relationship wins
  • Take Level 2 after Level 1 completion or equivalent experience
  • Take Level 3 after Level 2, or by application with prior service
